Token paketleri, satın alımla hesabınıza anında tanımlanan dijital kullanım kredileridir (gayrimaddi mal). Satın alma adımında, ifaya derhâl başlanmasını onaylayan kutuyu işaretlersiniz; bu onayla birlikte, Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği m.15/1-ğ uyarınca cayma hakkı ortadan kalkar. Token paketlerinde iade yapılmaz.

• Aylık depolama paketlerinde iade yapılmaz.
• İptal her zaman talep edilebilir; iptal, bir sonraki dönem başında etkinleşir ve o ana kadar hizmet kesintisiz sürer.
• Mevcut kullanımınız, iptal sonrası geçerli olacak yeni (daha düşük) depolama limitine sığmıyorsa iptal tamamlanamaz — önce limiti aşan verilerinizi silmeniz gerekir.

• Yıllık depolama paketlerinde iade yapılmaz.
• İptal etseniz dahi hizmet, ödenen dönemin sonuna kadar devam eder ve dönem sonunda yenilenmez.
• Aylık paketlerdeki limit kuralı burada da geçerlidir: kullanım yeni limite sığmıyorsa, önce veri silinmeden iptal/iade tamamlanamaz.

• Abonelik bedelinde iade yapılmaz. Ücretsiz katman, satın almadan önce ürünün tamamını değerlendirmenize olanak verir.
• Ödeme sağlayıcısı (yurt dışı ödemelerde yasal satıcı Paddle) kendi alıcı korumasıyla bir iade gerçekleştirir ya da bankanız bir ödeme itirazını (chargeback) sonuçlandırırsa, abonelikle tanımlanan plan tokenları geri alınır; tokenların bir kısmı kullanılmışsa geri alma mevcut bakiyeyle sınırlıdır (bakiye eksiye düşürülmez).
• Aboneliği dilediğiniz an iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut ödenmiş dönemin sonunda etkinleşir; dönem sonuna kadar tüm haklarınız devam eder.
• Otomatik yenilemeyi açtıysanız, hesap ayarlarınızdan dilediğiniz an bedelsiz olarak kapatabilir ve kayıtlı kartınızı silebilirsiniz. Kapatma, henüz gerçekleşmemiş tahsilatlar için geçerlidir; ödenmiş dönem için iade doğurmaz.
• Her yenileme öncesinde tarih, tutar ve kart bilgisini içeren bir bilgilendirme e-postası gönderilir. Abonelik bedeli artarsa otomatik tahsilat yapılmaz; yeni bedeli onaylamanız istenir.

Bu politika 28 Temmuz 2026 tarihinde yürürlüğe girmiştir. Bu tarihten önce yapılan satın alımlara, satın alma anında yayında olan önceki sürümün (10 Temmuz 2026) koşulları uygulanır; o sürümde abonelikte 3 gün, yıllık depolama paketinde 30 gün iade penceresi tanınmıştı. Söz konusu haklar, ilgili satın alımlar bakımından saklıdır.

• İptal talepleri uygulama içi hesap/fatura ekranından veya e-posta ile iletilebilir.
• İptal, ödenmiş dönemin sonunda etkinleşir; dönem sonuna kadar hizmet ve haklarınız aynen devam eder, dönem sonunda yenileme yapılmaz.
• Yukarıdaki tabloda belirtildiği üzere bu ürünlerde tarafımızca iade yapılmaz. Yurt dışı ödemelerde yasal satıcı Paddle’dır ve kendi alıcı koruma politikası kapsamında bağımsız olarak iade gerçekleştirebilir; bu, işbu politikadan bağımsızdır.

Windows are measured from the moment of purchase (period start). Consumers' mandatory statutory rights are reserved; for the scope and exemption of the right of withdrawal see Distance Sales.

Token packages are digital usage credits (intangible goods) credited to your account instantly upon purchase. At checkout you tick a box consenting to immediate performance; with that consent the right of withdrawal lapses under art. 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Token packages are not refunded.

• Monthly storage packages are not refunded.
• Cancellation can be requested at any time; it takes effect at the start of the next period, and the service continues uninterrupted until then.
• If your current usage does not fit within the new (lower) storage limit that would apply after cancellation, the cancellation cannot be completed — you must first delete the data exceeding the limit.

• Yearly storage packages are non-refundable.
• Even if you cancel, the service continues until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
• The limit rule of monthly packages also applies here: if usage does not fit the new limit, the cancellation/refund cannot be completed before data is deleted.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable. The free tier lets you evaluate the entire product before you buy.
• If the payment provider (Paddle, the merchant of record for international payments) issues a refund under its own buyer protection, or your bank resolves a chargeback, the plan tokens granted with the subscription are clawed back; if some tokens have been consumed, the clawback is limited to the remaining balance (the balance is never taken negative).
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; all your rights continue until then.
• If you enabled automatic renewal, you may switch it off and delete the stored card at any time, free of charge, from your account settings. Switching it off applies to charges not yet made; it does not create a refund for the period already paid.
• Before every renewal we email you the date, the amount and the card concerned. If the subscription price increases, no automatic charge is made; you are asked to approve the new price first.

This policy takes effect on July 28, 2026. Purchases made before that date remain governed by the version published at the time of purchase (July 10, 2026), which granted a 3-day refund window for subscriptions and a 30-day window for yearly storage packages. Those rights are preserved for the purchases concerned.

• Cancellation requests can be submitted from the in-app account/billing screen or by e-mail.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; your service and rights continue unchanged until then, and no renewal is charged.
• As set out in the table above, we do not issue refunds for these products. For international payments Paddle is the merchant of record and may independently issue a refund under its own buyer protection policy; that is outside the scope of this policy.
